"Fatalistic location. Walkable to all the attractions, etc. The staff was over the top, excellent customer service. The breakfast was outstanding as well as the view from the roof top. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family wishing to visit Athens. "

"Exceptional stay at Hotel Plaka. It was off-season and very reasonable rates. We got an Acropolis view room without even asking! Very convenient to sights and to bustling pedestrian walking areas but quiet at night. Staff, particularly Eva, was helpful and checked in with us at breakfast buffet if we had any needs or questions for the day or the stay. Attractive, good sized room with high ceiling, king bed and great shower. Only could recommend a second sitting chair and perhaps more...

"The hotel is very good. Staff very friendly especially in the bar and cleaners. Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety . The pool area was good . The actual location of the hotel isnt that great and can be a bit intimidating which is a real shame. However Taxis and uber are cheap and plentiful so use them especially at night."

"The Hotel was phenomenal. The room was super clean. The breakfast was Excellent. The staff was extremely friendly. I told them we were celebrating an event. They wrote me a beautiful note. Also, excellent location. The hotel is very close to the train station. For 1.20€ we took the train to the cruise port then ubered (8€) to our cruise ship as Athens Port is extremely big and not walkable. The whole experience was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"This hotel was very well managed, and staff (Especially Maria) went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. The room was clean and comfortable, and there were many breakfast options. The rooftop terrace has a nice pool and bar, and offers a nice view of the Acropolis."

"The location is superb. Everything is walking distance and all the top bars are within 3- 10 minutes walk. Met 4 staff separately, all are warm and hospitable. Bedsheet a bit worn out, but it's clean. Same as the toilet and room, don't look fancy but still clean. View with acropolis is kind of a surprise for me. But seems not every room can view that. The price is really budget. So there's some downside. 1. Next to a church which rings the bell every 30mins, yes, even at midnight, 3am, etc....
