"Nice hotel, good location ,friendly staff . Loved the club room offering juice andntea, coffee all day long and nibbles. Room is okay, but very minimalist. The bed was very low. The bathroom with glass wall isnodd, not much privacy, and you enter through the shower...very odd. But at the end good value for money. "

"The staff was very helpful especially when my Uber did not arrive to take me to the train station. They were able to order a taxi that arrived in minutes so I did not miss my train. The breakfast buffet is very nice with a good selection of items for all tastes."

"On the whole it was a lovely hotel, my only real complaint was lack of fresh air. The wind was a tilt and turn window and had a note saying there was a opening limit as is common in all multi story hotels. However our window catch was broken so they had screwed the window shut. It meant the room was very stuffy. It would cost about £10 for a new window catch and takes about 10 minutes to change. Screwing the window shut is not the right thing to do. The whole window unit would now need to be...

"The only thing I would suggest is that they check their a/c, they worked but they were turned up during the day and when we returned we had to lower the temperature down and it took time to cool down. Otherwise really enjoyed our stay at the Mercure."
