Up graded our room due to leaking aircon and damp carpet smell. Hotel Cleanliness excellent and breakfast was delicious. Porters were very hospitable, friendly and always willing to help.

The property was very nicely decorated and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast food was very gooad and there was a new variety of choices everyday. The roof top bar was under slight construction but was very nice. I have stayed at fine hotels all over the world and the staff and service at this hotel was by far the best I have ever experienced. The location was close to shopping, dinning, and entertainment.
