"MISLEADING PHOTOS!! We booked based on good reviews & management photos showing a garden & outdoor seating areas. Imagine our surprise to find this to be misleading compared to reality! At check-in, we were bombarded with cigarette smoke. The very old lady wasn't pleasant & spoke only Italian. Our room was the first from the lobby. No staff both in afternoon and in the evening, doors in front of hotel unlocked, and restaurant not opened and no one there even when hours posted otherwise. Room cards were on the counter with names and card numbers but no staff again. No lights in rooms or activity and overall a odd location. "We only stayed for one night, but the forst impressions where warm and welcoming. We left for the airport at 4.30am, there was nowhere to have coffee, so the night manager went to get is some from the staff canteen. I dont have words to tjank gim enough. Well done!"
