J'ai attendu plus de 30mn avant davoor mes clés alors qu'il n'y avait que 44 personnes devant moi. Ils m'ont fait payé 2 fois. Le lendemain je n'ai pas pu avoir ma facture. "A great hotel for an overnight stay. The hotel seems newly fitted and all food quality fixtures. Plenty of parking, easy access to motorways and comfortable, air-conditioned rooms. Their breakfast is good quality and value. We’ve stayed here twice and would stay again. Staff are friendly and very helpful."

"We had a room with a sunny balcony, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfasts every morning were excellent. The bath had neither a plug or a shower curtain, the only option was to knell and use the hand shower. We were disappointed to be told that the restaurant was closed Sunday evening and all day Monday, none of the other local restaurants were open."

"Nice overall. Steps to a large shopping plaza with Carrefour and other stores. Rooms are clean. There vere several beds in the room filling all corners. No elevator in the hotel, which was a problem for handicapped people (like us)"

Great welcome and super friendly staff!

"I stayed 2 nights on business. All the staff were super helpful, very welcoming and friendly. The room was comfortable but could perhaps do with some upgrading. It would have been good if the hotel sold cold drinks as I had to go out after finishing work at c 21:00 and Villeurbanne did not feel terribly safe."
