"Not easy to get to but once there we had a lovely stay. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Coffee, water and pastries are always available. If I had one complaint, the room temperature was too hot and we could not control the settings, however we managed by opening a window! We would definitely stay here again!"

"Amazing place to stay! Staff was wonderful and treated us so well especially my 2 kids. Surprised my daughter for her birthday. Rooms were clean, hotel was walking distance to wherever we needed to go. Onyx bar was really nice and breakfast at the hotel was wonderful! I would definitely come back again with my family. "Very average experience. The room was very dark with no view- corner view at courtyards on 2nd flor has no daylight at all. No good morning , no goodbye from the staff during the day. Only one waiter during breakfast was very kind and helpful. Hotel only for sleep and breakfast. Nothing else, even no place for work during the day at lobby- no space for it. Overall- very poor quality to the price. Sorry"

"The Mandarin Hotel is always a good choice, but there were a few missteps with the in room dining and housekeeping service, which was disappointing, given the reputation of this hotel. On the positive side, the rooms were spacious and well appointed, and the staff very helpful and courteous. The location is ideal as it is close to shopping and the old town for sightseeing."
