It was a lovely stay. i loved the charm of the hotel and the room design. the welcome surprise package was a sweet gesture. The staff could be more welcoming but Ramona i believe her name was, checked me in and she was very nice. I was very skeptical about staying at a 3 star hotel but the Adler was a feel of a four plus star hotel and i would absolutely stay there again.

Hotel Alder was amazing. The little details - like free water and sodas in the lobby, candies for the kids, restaurant on site, coffee maker in the room. Wonderful staff. Everything was easy and well thought of. Nice room for our family of 4 staying over for a few days before we went south.

Stayed for 2 nights at the beginning and 1 night at the end of my Switzerland trip that began an ended from Zurich. Fantastic location, walkable to many attractions, restaurants and shopping as week as Zurich HB, metro and business. Staff were helpful and nice, breakfast was delicious.
