"Excellent staff and installations "

"Room - We stayed in the 'Lovely Room' for 4 nights which was actually quite spacious. It had a hairdyer, great toiletries, big TV with chromecast, small desk, speaker and an amp for a guitar! The slight quirks/issues was there was no storage space except for the small wardrobe. There is room for shelves/drawers underneath the main shelf so would be helpful if they added this. The room was unusually warm for January, the air con wasn't great but could at least open a window. The shower is a glass cube with an outside curtain for privacy - was fine for us but might not be everyone's cup of tea! There is a galley on each floor with an iron and where you can get tea, coffee and water which is great although the tap takes a bit of getting use to. The breakfast is really good with great choice and allergens are labelled. The staff are really friendly and the bar area and cocktails are great! If you forgo room cleaning the you get a free drink voucher for the bar which is great. The best part about this hotel is the location, right in the heart of the old town area and as within a shopping complex, its generally quite quiet. Only 10-15min walk from the station. Great hotel for the price! "

"The property was fully renovated and very clean providing kettle and coffee machine in the room , though the double room was small but for short stay it’s convenient since it’s 5 minutes walk to the train station and walking distance of 10 to 15 minutes to the town and shopping area "

"Fabulous room! Very classy! Beautiful lobby. Very luxurious. Dust on top of the bathroom mirror but otherwise, just great. Wish I’d been staying longer! I’ve stayed here before, many times, but this was the nicest room I’ve had"

"Wonderful property, fully walkable from Geneva airport, comfortable beds, suits offer 2 rooms with 2 full bathrooms very convenient for larder group /family. Fridge, coffee maker and microwave is provided in the room. "
