"Staff were very polite, friendly and professional. Breakfast was very good and dining/room service was good as well. The lady that did the activities booking was very knowledgeable and helpful. It would have been very good if the facilities in the rooms had been checked before guests check-in as we had to get maintenance to fix toilet flush and broken lamps etc. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience."

"Everything about our stay was excellent. The only small hiccup happened the evening before we left, we were sitting out on the balcony when we suddenly noticed a leaf snake slithering between the wooden planks. We were so shocked (and a little mesmerized) that we just froze and didn’t even think to take a picture. It gave us a bit of a scare, so we avoided the balcony after that, but it honestly felt like one of those rare, wild moments you remember We informed the staff at reception, and they were very responsive, they assured us it would be taken care of. Just something to be aware of if you’re not used to that kind of nature "
