"Been a Pelangi 3x now. With the new pool and newly renovated rooms, simply perfect. Glad they have a tennis court although the court needs resurfacing / washing. Last year I brought 8 of my family. Tgey love it. Will be back again. "

"This is a wonderful property in the rain forest! We were so impressed by the FRIENDLY and professional service that went above and beyond anything we have experienced to date! The rooms were incredible, the restaurant so delicious, the scenery unforgettable. We were allowed to customize almost everything and everyone made us feel so welcome and happy. "The service was excellent. All staff were very friendly. The villa itself is very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was great. The pool is under the shade of trees which meant there was a lot of leaves in and around the pool, despite staff sweeping. Overall the pool area is not inviting and could probably do with some TLC. This was the only thing stopping me from giving a 5 star review "
