"Very good location near Dotonbori. There is a giant underground mall connected to a metro station right outside, with lots of restaurants. The room was decently sized, clean, and well laid out. There were lots of washing machines. The Asian-style breakfast was fresh and good. The bed and pillow were not the most comfortable, but at the price-point I can’t complain. "Location is great! The rooms are a bit small but the bed and facilities are all great. Right next to a subway station and 10 min walk to Osaka Station. Lots of restaurants by the hotel too and a great spa on 2nd floor. Thank you! "

"Great location!! Close to shopping and dining options and transit! Rooms were on the small side for 2 adults and 2 kids but perfect for two. Amazing view. Room had an odd odor and that is why I won’t give it 5 stars but I would stay here again. "

"We stayed in 3 hotels during this trip, this is the best of all. We booked the big room with tatami. Provided a range of tea and drip coffee. Has washing machine in the room and a range of toiletries to pick from level 2 too. Hotel staff able to speak Chinese too so communication wise lesser issue "
