"They advertised free Wi-Fi which is one of the critical requirements for me to pick a resort. But when I got there I found out that there wi-fi was turned off indefinitely and they acted like it was nothing. I work a lot, and vacations are really important to me. Others must have been walk in their meals come out and looked like a plate full. We got ours and could have put both meals on a coffee cup saucer.
