"We have stayed at Ave Suites a few times and this time was the best. We got a room with a king size bed and the room appeared to have been remodeled. They have a nice restaurant, pool and spa at a reasonable price. The only knock is the lack of parking and the road noise from Lacson Street traffic."

"The Hotel is in a quiet location which is good in my opinion. There is an easy walk to the main street, where you are able to access, cafes and shopping malls either by taxi or the Maxim car (i.e. like Grab) from the Hotel or use the air con buses or jeepneys. "From the moment that we arrived there was no assistance with baggage and waited 20 minutes for front desk staff to check is in. This was a clear sign of what was to come but, oh it gets better. Reserving the family suite was disappointing as well. 2 single mattresses put together to make a queen bed is actually smaller than a double bed and extra mattresses were P800 each.
