"I’ve stayed in several hotels in Rio, but Rede Andrade was disappointing. Linens, towels were really old, with stains barely having holes on them. Toilet paper was really poor quality too - I had to buy new ones for me. Hotel doesn’t have good TV reception. When there was one, the image and sound was pretty bad. My room was also noisy and black out curtains didn’t really block the sun. Although the hotel staff was great and was always friendly and helpful, I probably wouldn’t stay there again."

"Great hotel and resort. If staying for a long period, as we did, choose a Superior Level room, 18-19th floor, rooms 04, 05 preferably for best views of Copacabana Beach. Take the breakfast option, it is worth it and no hassles, the roof top pool (small) and bar is wonderful, note limited long chairs and shade (24). Staff are very accommodating, helpful and kind. "Pleasant hotel in quieter location on oceanfront. Spectacular views from roof top bar . Rooms are big if a bit basic ( there’s no balcony for example) and too much brown furniture but that’s not a deal breaker. Would recommend "

"Good location. Walking distance to a few supermarkets. About 2 minutes walk to a really nice beach. On a bus route. Breakfast was a nice selection of hot and cold and opened at 6:00 until 10:00. Be aware the bottled water in the room is not free. Construction meant there were some disruptions. Also, the slow-close doors need to be adjusted to avoid the disruptive slamming that occurs at late and early hours. "

"Being our 4th visit to a Windsor in Copacabana and our 3rd at the Excelsior we have a level of familiarity, and expectations which are consistently met. The staff on the ground level and front desk, the room cleaning staff, and of course the whole roof top crew are always professional and we have never been let down. Obviously we'll be back again."

"I just stayed here 2 weeks. The property was deceiving from the pictures. Not exactly the quality portrayed. The place could use some updates. The breakfast spread was really good but was crowded if you don’t get there early. I recommend being early and you won’t be disappointed. The cleaning staff was very unfortunate.
