They use whatsapp and first they transfer you to the main company I guess then they connect you with the property manager, which took like 30 minutes. "The apartment is very very nice. There is a full kitchen with the capability of making hot water for coffee in the morning and adequate plates pots pans to cook. The Host was extremely nice and allowed us to check in 2 hours early. The apartments are located central to all attractions in the area and everywhere is walkable. "
