"There were no dining options on the property. Unit needs updating; peeling paint, noisy dishwasher, A/C unit makes banging noise (maintenance called but no resolution). Grounds were lovely. Not walkable to any shopping and parking was bad; none assigned to unit so iffy to find a spot. Pictures nicer than actual unit. Balcony was big. Again, invest in updating."

Location is very conveniently situated between Whaler villages and other beaches. The bathroom shower ceiling was opened and revealed the dusty vents which was not a site I wanted to see but nonetheless the room was clean and tidy! "

"We were originally booked into a studio apartment, but when we got there the roof on that building was under repair causing a lot of noise and debris outside our assigned room. Called to complain and were promptly moved to another building and upgraded to a full apartment. Nice apartment with a great balcony overlooking a beautiful garden. We really appreciated the response to our problem with the first room. "

"Great location, close to shopping, food, beaches, restaurants, grocery stores. New floor installation next door for 5 days, was bit noisy. Sofa bed was uncomfortable. Had AC, ceiling fans, 2 bathrooms. Let us stay late due to pending storm, very accommodating. Grounds are very beautiful and well maintained. Swimming pool great. Friendly staff. "

"This was the perfect location for our stay. We were a 1 mile drive from Magic Sands Beach and 1 mile drive to local shopping, dinning and entertainment! While we chose to drive everywhere, the location is totally walkable to all the attractions. Also, before booking I read reviews, and apparently other condos do not have AC. This one DOES have AC. Which was a nice surprise. Parking was effortless with lots of spaces available. Communication with the owner was easy. One more thing to note- they...

"Great location and grounds. Loved the cabana. The apartment was spacious but very dated. Lanai was quite dirty. We had to clean it ourselves prior to use. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Really enjoyed having base start up materials especially even laundry detergent. Having an in suite washer drier was wonderful. We would definitely return."

"Property itself was very nice but the unit was older and was in need of some updates and repairs; cupboard doors did not close properly, stains and tears on sectional, ice maker broken on fridge etc… Also found nail clippings on the bathroom floor. Minor things, the pools and grounds were very nice though and we spent more time outside anyways."

"Close to Waikiki Beach, shopping, food options. Parking is very good and useful. Building security is also excellent."
