"Lovely friendly team from reception to restaurant.(which badly needs some investment ) even though the food is good. The web site and Hotels.com said there us an executive lounge. There is not. This needs to be rectified at Hotels and the Hotel. Viucher for breakfast in Lieu. Should have been notified at check in.. "

"As we drove up to the entrance we were warmly greeted by the valet. He helped us u load the car and the bellman was right there ready to take our bags up to the room. Check in was easy and fast, and the staff at the desk were warm and friendly, letting us know how happy they were to have us. First impressions of the room it was clean nicely decorated, and I love the bathroom. The water was hot and lasted that way for everybody who stayed in the room. It smelled great and the linens were clean every single time we left to go somewhere somebody was right there to tell us have a good day or to help us get our car. I come to Universal at least once every year and I will definitely be staying here again."

"My family and LOVED our stay at this beautiful hotel. It was very clean, fun, and there is so much to do in the hotel itself including workout at the best hotel gym’s I have ever seen, shop at the mini market, dine at the amazing restaurant, or relax in one of the many chairs/sofa’s/ tables scattered throughout the resort. It is also located within walking distance of EVERYTHING! The entire staff was friendly, helpful and professional. We will return for another visit prior to the end of the year and will stay at this resort once again. "
