"I think this is my new favorite hotel in the East Bay. Alameda is such a vibrant place, generally clean and safe. The hotel is very near the beach with good parking access. The room was spacious and clean, although the carpet was a bit worn and the sofa sagged in th middle. The king suite was larger than my first apartment, and even had a full sized range with an oven. You can check out kitchen ware from the office. I will definitely stay here again. "

"Great communication from the staff. We knew exactly what to expect upon arrival. The apartment was precisely as advertised. Clean and tidy, comfortable, and secure. The area around the property (Koreatown) was alright, not unsafe but nothing too exciting for exploring. Very good location geographical for catching the bus (directly outside) or the metro (5-10 North). Uber rides from Downtown or Echo Park only cost $13. I would definitely rent this apartment again!"

"They have lots of activities like mini-golf, BBQ, Billiards, Hot-Tub & Pool. Each room has it's own kitchen & supplies and the room is up to par. "
