Guest laundry opposite reception. There are various loan items available for guests (board games etc). Directly opposite Higashi Honganji temple which is well worth a visit. Friendly staff. An annoying thing about the room was the motion sensor lights in the toilet and by the front door. "

The space felt clean and modern. The kitchen was perfect for storing our snacks. The electric pot was great for coffee and tea. "This is our second time staying at this property, and we love it. My family keeps asking to return to this property. It is literally a home away from home. We buy groceries and cook food at home, as well as walk around to the local restaurants. The bus stop and subway stations are a short walk away, and it’s easy to get to Kyoto Station or Karasuma area. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Kyoto. "- The staffs are details and can communicate well, so you get the information you need to know. - the facilities are clean and functional (this is helpful) except for the wifi and air-con heater. - have problem to access the wifi after mid-night, worse off it was totally not available for connection on my last night. As I need to work on my laptop at night, this is an issue for me. - air-con heater in the main room have problem keep the warm even running for few hours. "

"Modern and clean, the rooms are nicely laid out and come with easy to read instructions. Although a little on the smaller size, the rooms are cozy. While there were no laundry facilities available in our room, a laundromat was nearby."

"We appreciated having a kitchenette and washing machine, however it would have been very helpful to have instructions the washer as google translate for the buttons was not sufficient to operate the machine. We couldn’t get it to dry the clothes properly. The decor was nonexistent, some artwork would really help as we felt like we were staying in a basement dorm room even though we were on the 4th floor. Windows were frosted glass which didn’t help."

"全体的に良かった。特にキッチン周りの充実(ホームベーカリーやバリスタ、冷蔵庫のデカさ、食器の清潔さ、などなど)や本格的なバレルサウナ、家具などは満足。一方、チェックイン16時からなので、1泊2日の場合初日は十分にサウナを満喫できず、15時だと嬉しいところ。チェックアウトが11時なので翌日に楽しめたが、できれば時間を気にせず初日に楽しみたい。"
