"Stayed 10 nights in oceanview room... the view was great as we spent alot of time in our room due to mild ilness. The staff were lovely and helpful. Great buffet

. Also great to be connected to shoping mall and train station. A nice addition for longer stays like ours would be coin operated washers & dryers... they may have had these the first year we stayed. This was our 3rd year staying at the hotel and we'd stay again."

"For the most part this was a good stay. Convenient parking right outside, super nice onsen, and comfortable room. The experience would've been better if the room had been "pre-heated" as it was really cold when we checked in and it took quite some time for the heater to heat up the room to a comfortable temperature. Check-in was a bit tedious as it felt as a slower process doing it at the machine (with a staff member there to help) rather than just handling it directly in the reception."

"Stayed in the western style room with open air hot tub. The room was quite spacious, especially compared to other hotels in Japan. The room came with a massage chair which we enjoyed. The hot tub was on the small side but was able to accommodate two adults, and the temperature was perfect! The dinner and
