"Great position there was a bus stop right outside when we got the bus from airport and when you leave bus stop on next block. This was convenient considering the weather. Check in was good we had a room on the twentieth floor overlooking the city which was great to watch the weather roll in. A lot of the sights were only a short walk and main train station was about 10 minute walk. Room was comfortable twin beds with space under beds to put stuff to make more room. The hotel was more European than japanese. Breakfast was excellent so many choices from local to western food. My husband especially like the smoked salmon and caviar"

"The staff were really helpful! We requested for a room change as the room originally assigned to us did not feel like we were getting our money’s worth. Fortunately there was a vacancy for a different room type but on the same price and they immediately moved us in! We really appreciate how quick they were to assist us. The new room we got had a great view of Odori park!"

"Location wise, its great. Close to JR Sapporo station and also underground passage is right around the corner so you can avoid the slippery road and cold weather. Staff service is great, warm welcoming smile and attitude. Lounge is also well maintained and clean"

"If you’re new to Sapporo then staying in this hotel is really convenient. Subway, Tram and bus stops are just 2-3 minutes walk. Famous Ramen alley is just across. Room cleaning is only done 4days once so that was inconvenient. Breakfast was tasty. "
