"It's a new hotel. The location is in between 2 stations so you can choose base on where you want to go or which one's convenient for you. A few steps away from Namba Shrine, convenient store and Cat Cafe. It was a nice area, quiet for a night sleep after a long shopping and sightseeing day. "The staff were super friendly and helpful, they did their best to communicate in English and it was awesome. We used the washer and dryer no issues. Free water, tea and coffee in the lobby was a plus. If we requested towels and limited cleaning they came. No issues with the stay at all. Very walkable and close to the metro. We also utilized the luggage transfer service and it was super easy thanks to the staff! "

"We are a family of 4 with 2 younger kids. Our room is massive with 4 double beds. Everything is in this hotel. Laundry, resto, shops and few minutes walk to Universal Studios. You can see the USJ from our room but make sure to specify that when booking. All amenities are available for guest to grab at the lobby. "

"Though the room itself had some older features, it was comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful, they allowed us to store luggage and we were close to the main Tempozan area- Aquarium, The Wheel, Lego Land, Tempozan market place and access to the airport limousine bus. "
