"I like the room size consider big compare to other hotel. Daily room make up service is good. Transportation just right below. 6-8min walk to dotonbori and tourist spot is very convenient. Hotel staff is very friendly and will help to solve your need whenever you ask. Window with unblock city view. Very antique lobby and front desk. Overall very happy staying at Hotel Monterey Grasmere Osaka! 9/10 "

"Hotel feels luxurious. The worst part is the smoking room. So small and not enough ventilation. Didn’t had the chance to try the spa/onsen. Close to good places and transportation. "

"Love the space and cleanliness. Great location, walking distance to several train stations. Shower and water pressure is good. There is an underground walkway from Osaka Station to the hotel. Noted: You can hear every train went by; if you are a light sleeper beware. "

"It was raining when we got to the hotel, and I was immediately offered a towel to help dry off. The staff spoke English well enough to understand what I was saying without any difficulty. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and had all the amenities that we needed. Only a 10 minute walk to Sannomiya Station made seeing the town a breeze. Also Kobe beef was amazing, highly recommend it."
