Our view was overlooking Osaka Castle and riverside with spectacular views. "Located next to subway station, with convenient stores and restaurants within walking distance. Overall, the staffs are nice, especially when dealing with customers who speak Japanese. The staffs don't speak English and can sometimes com across as cold when dealing with foreign customers. The hotel is clean. Don't use the washing machine here, it can only handle a few small pieces of clothes, anything more than that can turn into a disaster. "

"I feels like staying in a 5 star hotel 😃, very spacious for a superior twin room. Exactly like what I shown in their pictures. Just 1 min to 7-11 and about 5 mins walk to train station.
