"It was very fun to be so pampered and taken care of. As soon as we arrived, the staff were there ready to pamper us. One of the ladies spoke English, and was very helpful in navigating our first stay at a Ryokan. Dinner was very fun. The onsens were an exciting new experience as well. We thoroughly enjoyed it."

"The ryokan at entrance was beautiful. The lobby and the whole lower floor was spectacular. Loved how walking inside your completely transported to a Japanese experience with bridged walkways shaped of arcs and where there was ponds underneath lthose bridges. "This property was absolutely beautiful. The staff super friendly. Location was good, about 15 mins walking to the lake. The staff helped me decorate the room for my girlfriends birthday which was fantastic. Only regret was not staying longer, only had one night in the Mt. Fuji area but very glad we stayed here. "

"Absolutely incredible Glamping experience. The hospitality is exceptional, the villa we stayed in was cozy, and the views of Fuji are top notch, especially while bbqing or hanging out in the jacuzzi. The half board (curated bbq dinners, and breakfast buffet) were phenomenal - great mix of meats and seafood both nights with a special prepared dish as well. Tranquil, relaxing stay with nature and views

"My favourite stay ever! If you like somewhere quiet, with some tranquility, relaxation and nature, this is perfect. The view of Mt Fuji with the kotatsu under the night sky made this so memorable. However, keep in mind that the location is remote, so is more ideal as a stay within the properties. You can get a taxi in and out, but can be a bit of a hassle."

Great, easy, comfortable stay

"I had accidentally booked the reservation under only myself, when in actuality, I was staying with my two kids and husband as well. The Receptionist handled it very well (despite the language barrier) and she made sure we had everything we needed. The location is great, very walkable and the view is beautiful. Beds were really comfortable. Nothing bad to say! "
