"Front desk had good customer service. Although they should have advised us the first night that we arrived when we inquired about restaurants in the area, that there were several restaurants that can be accessed from the entrance/exit at the back area of the hotel. They only told us about the ones in the Main Street of which there was only two options at that time of night (8:30pm). "

The service for cleaning the room was fine except the first day they didn’t give us any hand towels and gave us new towels even though we left ours hung up to reuse. "My partner and I really enjoyed staying at Oakwood. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was particularly comfortable compared with that of other hotels. A staff member (named “Jun”), who helped us with checking in, was very helpful with a feeling of hospitality. Knowing that we are celebrating a special day, he even upgraded our room, which I am grateful for. It was very satisfactory to stay in this hotel. We are definitely coming back! "
