One day I was late for breakfast and they are already serving lunch, I asked for a togo coffee and they gave it to me free. The area it located has multiple other big hotels too and it makes me feel safe even i was out till mid night. "

"We stayed this hotel for two nights in the hot summer and worried it’s AC and noises. However, everything was cool. The staff were so friendly, they were willing to help us whenever they could. Particularly thanks to Winnie and all the receptionists, they’re professional and warm. The food in the restaurant was adequate and tasty. There are plenty eateries nearby. We had great experience there."

"I love the decoration of the hotel, the hotel staffs are very friendly to welcome visitors check in; and the staff in cafeteria whose name is Isabel Hong Li very professional and the staff in Chinese restaurant whose name Yina liu is also very good. Overall I like this one and will come back to stay next time. "
