"The location is in old town SD, next to Department of Transportstion. Clean room and nice bathroom, hot water works good. No hot water thermos provided in the lobby. Majority of people who have family like to drink hot tea or ramen noodle for emergency snacks. I have to go to the gym to get my hot water. Parking is good, there is a fee. Laundry facility and price $2.50 for washing or drying is good HOWEVER the payment require you to bring coins! Very old fashion. Please upgrade to card...
