Hotel William Gray

4.5 star property
9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (1626)
"Leoni and Otilia's concierge service was excellent. The manager treated us like respected guests, too. The one bummer was that even as hotel guests, we couldn't get a table at the roof terrace - I think we should have been told when reserving the room that we should also reserve the dining area on the roof. The terrace was a selling feature for our stay, so we were disappointed."
