"The property itself is beautiful (if maybe a little dated) and the room we had was lovely. Our only disappointment was the area surrounding the property. The pictures provided through travel agencies are not accurate: this hotel is not secluded or in the mountains or even remotely close to nature. It is in the middle of an urban development, and not a particularly modern or advanced one. Still had a lovely time! Just not what we were expecting."

"Located right inside Zao Onsen District, I arrived by car. A very well facilitated hotel, with lift (especially important for travellers which big luggages), private onsen is available for booking. The reception team and hospitality teams speaks some English, and are very warm and friendly. "
