"Everything about the hotel was very nice. All the staff were great, especially our check-in person, Gracie, and the water slide attendant. The rooms were clean and nice, plenty of shops and restaurants in and around the hotel within walking distance. Only negative was all the crowds and traffic, but I guess that’s what your going to get when you’re in the middle of Wakiki."

"Check-in was smooth. They offer welcome water and snacks in your room (Local to Hawaii, so $$$) and drinks at the pool bar, as well as. 15% discount to dine at Redfish (amazing poke!) Front desk took care of any needs or concerns with ease. Staff was very friendly, and we loved staying at the pool house which had a little microwave, Smeg fridge, and sink. silvereare and a couple dishes are provided also. Overall, a great stay for the value in Waikīkī! "

"While busy with a lot of foot traffic the staff are especially kind and helpful from housekeeping to Anuilani at the front desk, we were treated warmly like welcomed guests. Everything was easy to access eg beach towels and chairs to room service. The wrist room keys are a brilliant idea. Our room was spacious and clean and equipped with a bidet. "

"This hotel has a small beach out front, which seemed better for relaxing, less people. I walked 10min over to the main beach mostly, more ocean to swim in, but liked being able to spend some time at the beach at the start or end of my non-beach days- and saw a bunch of sea turtles at dusk, beautiful sunsets and fireworks on Friday! I had breakfast daily and other meals at the Monkeypod Kitchen- some of my best meals and drinks in my 8 days in Honolulu- fresh and delicious! I had partial ocean view, which was perfect because I saw enough of the ocean to enjoy it and faced the pool and other restaurant, could hear the music and relax on the patio. I took cabs returning at night from nearby restaurants/clubs and uber was reasonable under $10. The staff was great, my room was spacious and comfortable- would definitely stay again. "
