"Really nice place, big could fit 4/6 people easy. There was only two of us so we had lots of space. Location was decent. About 15/20min nice walk from mt fuji station. You get your own private indoor hot tube,you have to fill it yourselves,theres a hob fridge and microwave. Also really nice views of Mt fuji. We would stay here again "

Our group had decided the rent cars which made getting around the area that much easier as well as the location of the villa having easy and accessible parking. "The owner is not kind or friendly, I had to wait in rain around 40 minutes before a kind neighbor arrived and helped, no bed is ok but tatami and everything is short, I’m 5’8 only and I had to try sleeping in half moon position, no bathroom attached bed room, at night time you have to go down into a very steep stairs which is dangerous, no taxi can enter the premise and will not come to get you. "Staff is very attentive to guests. Shuttle bus is so convenient because there is nothing around the hotel. I wished the shuttle ran a little later. Breakfast was excellent - wide variety of food items. Rooms are clean. The staff even wipes down the chairs after each guest is done eating. Elevator buttons have an antibacterial sticker on each button. "
