"Great location, service from arrival was seamless, Anna at the front desk was very helpful and ensured we had a medical fridge in the room on arrival. I read a lot of reviews regarding slow elevators, honestly no issues at all, rooms were large for New York, clean and well maintained. Could the rooms do with an update, sure but it’s not scruffy, it was comfortable and really how much time do you really spend in the room. "We loved our fantastic view of Central Park from our room on an upper floor. We watched the leaves change color every day we were there. Also, we found the Rose a great alternative for breakfast allowing us to grab a quick bite from the counter. The staff was very nice."

"I would recommend this hotel and stay here again. The sound-proofing of the rooms was excellent - which was extremely necessary. I found the decor comfortable and modern. The room is well-appointed, I slept extremely well. They have a very convenient convenience store by the lobby, and an equally convenient drugstore occupying the corner of the building. "Great location, central to lots of attractions and easy to walk to the nearest trainline etc. Lovely room, quiet, clean and well serviced. Hotel staff were amazing, couldn't do enough for you. The only thing we found quite strange was the hotel bars shutting quite early but it just meant we went out to a local bar, so not a huge issue. "
