"The staff where really good hotel was in a quiet area easy transport to centre of Rome 👍"

"The hotel was adequate to stay in. Rooms were very small, however they were well maintained and very clean. Facilities were limited. It is a good bit outside Rome city centre. Food and Drink options are extremely limited, but the quality was excellent. Ongoing difficulties with the elevators. In general the staff were helpful and friendly."

"We have stayed at the Duke Hotel many times over the past 4 years and the service remains exceptionally good. The Hotel has character and the complimentary breakfast, wifi and shuttle are nice touches. Located close to Villa Borghese park, a wonderful place to walk on to Rome. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Exceptional Hotel

"Great hotel! Staff is customer focused, professional, friendly and attentive. Definitely felt like I was in Rome with the beautiful decor. Very very very clean!!! Bed was so comfortable! Breakfast was outstanding and coffee was the best we’ve had in Italy. Wish this hotel was in the US! Would definitely stay again! We had to leave early before breakfast was served so the front desk (Gabriel) had a to-go bag ready for us. Thank you so much for a lovely stay! "

"The check-in desk people were fast, knowledgeable and very friendly. They spoke fluent English. Shout out to Juilia who went out of her way to assist us in checking in and printing out our airline boarding passes and even completing required online paperwork for our cruise! "Room was clean and convenient, and the environment is quiet. Breakfast was good. I left my bag for some hours when checked-out. It's bit far from city center and main bus stations but there are many bus stations nearby the hotel. Staff was friendly and I had nice stay there"
