"It was a wonderful experience staying at Massini City Garden Hotel. The hotel is very clean. Customer service was very helpful and polite. The breakfast they had was already included in the hotel package. You have the option to have dinner as well but you would have to pay for the dinner buffet. "Excellent hotel! If you have a car this is a great spot. Close enough to city center by car, ample parking on site. Hotel was extremely clean and recently renovated. Staff was wonderful and very helpful/accomodating. Would definitely stay here again! :)"

The advices, recommendations and guidance from the reception team, especially in English, made the stay all the more COMFORTABLE and MEMORABLE. "Not in a great location of Rome if you are a tourists looking to visit the sites as the closest site to see is at least a 15 euro taxi ride away. Advertise as a hotel but only 4 rooms and No real person on site when we checked in at 3pm so was all done thru messaging however there is no local phone to use to contact any sort of front desk, more like an airbnb. Asked for extra pillows but they didn’t have any so that made comfort of bed not good. Also tv did not work, there was no rooftop area...

"We enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable. Waahroom was separate from the unit which was a but inconvenient. But is was clean and spacious. The bedroom could use a good cleaning and painting to spruce it up. Overall a nice stay."

"Sono stato in questo B&B più e più volte e l'impressione è sempre la stessa: pulizia, attenzione per il cliente e gentilezza sono all'ordine del giorno. Inoltre, e ovviamente non è cosa da poco, ha dei letti davvero comodi dove si riposa divinamente. Molto comodo anche per chi necessita di un appoggio per un'eventuale prestazione sanitaria presso il Policlinico Gemelli di qualche caro. il B&B dispone anche di un piccolo parcheggio privato anche se solo da 4 posti, quindi con un po' di fortuna...
