Staff was friendly and was easy to get around for us and my special needs kids (adults). Very impressed with this place. My request for 2 rooms together also accommodated Spending 4 days there for Mayo appointments can be nerve racking and these accommodations made it much easier to handle. Breakfast time could have lasted a little longer (lasted only 6:30 am-9:30am). I was hoping for at least 10 or 10:30 am wormy SN kids but it is what it is, you take the good with the bad!!
