"I book this stay for my parents. They were impressed with amenities, food and beverage, and grounds."

"This property is in dire need of updates and repairs. The carpet is torn in many of the common hallways and at least three elevators are out of service. There is a tree near one of the entrances that drops a lot of leaves which got into the hallway. Every we were there so were the leaves. It is obvious that no one vacuumed. "

"Poolside suites are outdated and kinda small- but clean. Resort is huge, beautiful, secluded enough from city, but close enough to Scottsdale, Tempe, etc. if you're looking to do excursions off resort- definitely get a rental car verse uber (it's worth the price). Book spa and golf course in advance due to limited availability when at resort- don't wait to book during stay ( call in advance). Hot tubs are nice but jets didn't work at times.. it was quiet this stay (not many guests) during this...

"The hotel stay was OK. Rooms a bit dark and dated. Needs new carpet in bedroom. Several long black hairs on bathroom floor. Hand held sprayer in shower awkward to use, too low. Shower faucet and fixtures clunky. All personnel were great. David, the concierge, was excellent!"
