Coffee and hot water for hot chocolate available in the lobby - staff replenished hot chocolate when we asked but the hot water wasn't hot and coffee was often lukewarm too. Nice daily breakfast available. Parking was difficult because coach buses were taking up many car spots. "

"The stay was ok it was the check in that was …awful. The situation could’ve been hadled a millions times better. As the front staff female attendant was very brut to try to understand the situation and explain a solution calmly. Getting pushed aside doesn’t not mean a customer understands and maybe offering options could’ve helped "

"We are local and often book a room at the Water Tower to enjoy the swimming pool and hot tubs. The restaurant and bar are always a bonus. This time, we were excited to enjoy the outdoor hot tubs but were surprised to find that it was out of order, so was the sauna and the indoor hot tub. It would have been nice to know this prior to booking - there should be a notice added to the listing until these amenities are fixed. Otherwise, it was a nice stay. Room was clean, comfortable and staff were...
