Our main door was extremely difficult to open and slammed shut. The coat hanger on the back of the bathroom door was ripped off and missing…just holes. Otherwise pretty decent. That was our second visit.

Unfortunately, we had someone check us in who wasn’t paying attention. They sent us up to our room with our children. As we got ready to go swimming, two men opened our door to our hotel room. An apology basket of chips and pop with candy was given to us. This isn’t acceptable. Had it been anyone else, a reimbursement would have been issued. Not thrilled at all this happened due to The front desk rushing everyone. Slow down, pay attention. We even called to confirm our booking 3 hours prior.

We came during a weekday it was very quiet. The pool was empty for 2 hours while we swam. Which was lucky. It was very clean. Other then a little mold in the shower. Would definitely come back.
