"It was nice to have options close by within walking distance and nice views of the River. The room was spacious and priced way below what I would expect. The Breakfast was hearty and hot. The only issue I really had was with the shower not producing more than warm water."

"My friend and I came out for the Mummies show at the RustBelt and were extremely impressed with the hotel, only thing I noticed was the room needed better attention to detail with dusting. Otherwise the accomodations were beyond expectations and the breakfast was phenomenal! Fresh fruit and yogurt with some eggs will always win me over!"

"We loved having the extra hangout space and games. The ping pong table, pool table, air hockey were fantastic. Hot tub was hot and pool was comfortable temperature. "

"We have stayed at this particular Hotel probably a dozen times. I highly recommend it but this time we ordered a regular room with two queen beds, and they put us in some kind of suite for the same price. I wouldn't call it an upgrade as the TV was 30 ft from the bed, has a sofa we didn't need, and the bathroom was big enough to play racquetball in. Kind of a waste. I know I shouldn't complain about a so-called upgrade for free why can't they just give me the room I asked for?"

"We enjoyed our stay at your beautiful hotel! Travelling home from Florida and we stopped at an Element Hotel in Chattanooga on the recommendation of a friend. We loved the luxurious appointments in our rooms. Especially loved the chef prepared omelets and pancakes as part of the free breakfast. We will share our recommendation with our friends who travel back and forth from Florida. Loved that you are pet friendly. Our Westies were very comfortable."

NO sleep, NO coffee & NO breakfast!

"Not a good stay for us at Embassy Suites. Huge party next to our room that kept us up from 1:30am - 4am. The hotel staff was very responsive and tried to help us, but the issue wasnt fully resolved until 3:40am. We had a 7am departure for a volleyball tournament next door and absolutely no coffee bar or any coffee whatsoever. Breakfast wasnt until 7:30am. Tripple whammy for us....NO SLEEP, NO COFFEE AND NO BREAKFAST! "
