"The gentleman who checked us in was courteous and helpful. Basic standard cold breakfast, mattress and pillows were comfortable. As soon as we walked into the foyer it smelt bad. Walls are stained, found plenty of hair on the sheets and grainy dust at the foot of the bed, under the covers! Had to ask for clean sheets. Had to hunt for utensils for breakfast, opened cabinet doors and drawers which were filthy. Will not stay here again."

The staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Room was nice. All for a great price. There is a bit of a “this is a sanctuary for you” vibe. And we did get to sleep in. Thank you"
