My friend had another room for the same price and there was a heated floor in the bathroom, in mine there was no heating at all. In my shower there was a mold, but not in any extreme level, so it was acceptable. There was a hair drier, but no place to plug it in (in the bathroom), so I dried my hair in the bedroom. "The Mosaic Hotel is conveniently located close to main attractions. The price is very good for this location. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were very clean. There is no airconditioning in the hotel, but you can open the window and you will be alright. Please, check the pictures and reviews of other costumers before booking. There is a short walk throug the courtyard to get to the hotel, which some people might not like. It was perfectly safe. "

"It was minus 21 degrees C, and I was worried the hotel would be cold, but it was really toasty, with heat coming through the radiator and floor throughout the night. The hotel is in a great location, with nice bars, restaurants and coffee shops on the doorstep. You could also get free water and coffee from reception, and the receptionists were lovely. The building and rooms looked cool in a traditional way, although our bathroom tiles were loose. It was 25 minutes walk to the old town."

"Property need update. Bathroom really old, the toilet is all cracked, there is no flush button. The windows cannot be closed. the handle does not work. The building is located along the road, there is no insulation from the noise of cars.There is very steep staircase leading up to the room, this was not indicated in the room description."

The negative sides: (i) extremely noisy, because right downstairs is a popular pub. Hence not recommended for a family stay; (ii) the beds were very uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep.
