A splendid hotel with friendly staff, good location and good room. I had a room facing into the lobby which wasn't that nice, but it was peaceful.

Very well located for public transport, bus 22 from the airport sets you off about 300 meters from the Hotel. Walking distance from old town.

Hotel is very nice. Front desk was very helpful. Rooms are great, beds are super comfy. Breakfast was very good, but $15 euro. Only complaints are that there was no hot water and that they did not provide expedia VIP room upgrade

We had a suite and it was excellent. Fittings etc. are all quality, in perfect condition and immaculately clean. Our room was facing the old town and was very quiet. Rooms facing the busy road and tram tracks may be different, but I can't comment on that. Situation is great for the old town. Breakfast was good and generally the whole place seems well run. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very modern and clean. Our room was a good size, quiet, and had a view of the Riga river. They have an excellent breakfast buffet. The location is excellent. It is near old Riga, buses and trams leave from right in front of the hotel, and the train station is nearby. Right across from the hotel is the giant Riga marketplace. The staff were friendly and helpful. If we need to come to Riga again, we would definitely choose this hotel. The only glitch we had was that at first the small refrigerator in our room did not work. When we noticed it, we contacted staff and within 10 minutes someone came to fix it. They got it going, but it never got very cold.

Camera comodissima e pulitissima (nonostante la moquette) con lenzuola, accappatoio e asciugamani sempre immacolati. Ottima selezione di cuscini. Bagno piccolo ma funzionale e fornito di tutto. Great hotel, rude reception girl!
Everything was perfect until the day of checkout….we had a great stay and the evening staff was excellent, the staff at the breakfast bar were marvellous, however this all goes into drain now because the blonde girl at the reception from the morning shift was quite rude and patronising, hence I wouldn’t visit this hotel again.

The perfect hotel for our first visit to Riga. Modern large rooms with bath as well as shower in the spotless en suites . Easy walking distance to all the sights and airport bus stop beside the hotel. Good breakfast and efficient pleasant service. Definitely stay here again .
