"Property is very grand and well maintained. There is some work going on in the grounds at the moment but that doesn't detract from the way it looks or is presented. Rooms in the paddock annex are nice but wifi was lacking which wasn't ideal as we were there for work purposes. Only other downside, is that the food choices are either high end or the bar menu which itself is limited. There needs to be more a mid-range restaurant option in my opinion. "Classy looking hotel. It was perfect for driving experience the next day. We loved the views from the bar/restaurant across the track. The room was well appointed with a great king size bed. It would have been nice to have more on the hospitality tray, maybe biscuits & hot chocolate and also water in the fridge which I thought Hilton hotels always offer? The car parking is obviously an issue but there were directions & explanations so it didn’t bother us and we were grateful to be able to leave...

"Just an overnight stay. We were upgraded to a suite which was very nice at the front of the property. Everything was very good except there was no hot water to shower. We were going out for the evening, but the shower problem was recetifed for the morning shower. We didnt eat there and had to leave early."

"Fantastic room, food and facilities - thank you for a great stay (rare to have an extensive spa and bowling alley!). Pay for extra facilities; yet the room rate was relatively cheap. Staff were very nice in some areas but weren’t so friendly at reception when checking in sadly. All-in-all, a good visit!"

"Lovely staff, plenty of wheelchair space in accessible room, only downs side was the mould in bathroom. We didn’t use any of the towels etc as we took our own but they looked clean enough, wasn’t as noisy as I was expecting being at a services. Would defiantly go back 9/10"

"Hotel had ample free parking for residents. Bedroom was clean and tidy but the lighting is mostly provided by bedside wall lights or angle poise lamps. As a result the room was somewhat gloomy. Dining was available in the bar, tables were somewhat low. Food choice was good. Breakfast was a good choice. Staff were efficient. Hotel entrance was spoilt by the abundance of cigarette butts on the floor and plant containers. "
