Staff were great, however there was no hot water in the morning that was blamed on the hotel being busy and there was a constant noise from either the air conditioning or pipes or something else that went on all night. The hotel was nice but we couldn’t stay again and risk the water not being available and disrupted sleep

Upon arrival we were greeted by the lovely lady on the front desk. She asked if I had children and gave me some bits that would help them to enjoy their stay too. Throughout our stay the team were very helpful, with advice on local amenities and info on the hotel. The pool and changing area were very clean

Easy check-in, really helpful staff. Staff are the biggest positive - spoke with so many during our stay and they were all positive, helpful and happy to spend time chatting with me and my son. Good central location too. If in the area again, will definitely look to stay!
