Was actually very disappointed with the stay. We had booked to stay as an early Christmas present for 2 Formula 1 mad children tying in with Winter Tour of Silverstone. Told we could check in from 3pm. Room was not ready until nearly 4:30 when we finally given out keycard. On arrival at the room there were empty Prosecco and beer bottles left right outside the door, not a great impression on first arrival. We went down and told staff and they got removed. The room itself was lovely, balcony overlooking the track. We paid for a family room with a long bed in one part and a fold out sofa bed in the other. The boys are 11 and 15 so won’t share a bed so the other half was in 1 and me in the other each with one of the kids. The sofa bed was literally a pull out sofa with a sheet on. No additional mattress so not comfy and not a great nights sleep. Down for breakfast to be told it wasn’t included and would be nearly £50, which we paid. The room was booked at the same time as my sisters family room, who paid £15 less and had breakfast included. So for nearly £400 for the night and breakfast I wasn’t overly impressed at all. I raised the problem with the bed on check out to reception and also the breakfast issue and was simply told “we’ll feed it back in”. Again didn’t think the customer service was great from Hilton this time round. Am fortunate enough to have stayed in a few around the world and felt this fell quite short of expectations from the hotel and brand.

Stayed in a king size room with track views, no balcony, the room was great, a good size! All very modern & clean, large tv with sky sports on. Extra complimentary treats in the room for my partners birthday which was so thoughtful & finished our stay off perfectly! We had a great long weekend here.

Lovely large clean room with a very comfy bed. The amenities in the room are great, and the TV has a good selection of channels. The room was freezing on arrival, I had to turn the heating all the way up which took a while but was fine once it got there. The parking is quite a walk on uneven ground, making it particularly tricky with a pull along. Overall, the stay was good. Friendly staff and a clean room.

Gem of a hotel, very modern and clean. Staff were amazing, so polite and professional - congratulations to the training team. Room was spacious and bed very comfortable. We ate in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast - food was excellent quality. Would happily stay again and recommend

The hotel itself is really nice, very modern, spacious and clean, our room was also lovely. Hotel staff also seemed pleasant although I didn't have much interaction. Some negatives though in the room, the toilet flush wasn't very good and the cistern took a long time to refill and also the shower, the water pressure was poor and I had the shower to the hottest it would go and it still really wasn't hot enough. The box bar kitchen on site, I would not recommend. We had dinner there and it was not up to standard, menu descriptions were not accurate or reflective of what arrived and I would say food quality is better in wetherspoons. The service was slow and inattentive and prices were so expensive which to be honest I was expecting due to being on the track but for example a 330ml coke was £4.90. Burger with fries £19. Didn't have the breakfast at the hotel as we were put off by dinner service. If I am honest I would not recommend the hotel and if in future I need to stay in the area I would look for somewhere else.

All standard but the view
Standard breakfast and room facilities. Hot water temperature was not high enough and low pressure. Hotel personnel got into the room while i was there without even knocking. The only thing you cant beat is the great view of the track!

Great location and view from rooms. Price is very reasonable.Very quiet at night and beds super comfy. Most of the hotel was clean but hallway carpets needed a good vacuum on 5th floor. Had to ask to swap rooms as someone had clearly been vaping in room I was initially allocated but this was handled very nicely from front desk. Car park is still under construction and not easy to drive around (or find).

Fantastic
I have recently returned from a short stay here and I loved every minute. The check in process was fast, friendly and efficient and this carried on throughout. The room was immaculate and the view of the track was fantastic! I had drinks, evening meal and breakfast all of which were faultless. Thank you for a great time.
