Despite my efforts, the room temperature consistently remained around 89°F and never reached a comfortable level. I learned from other guests that this issue may affect the entire 300s floor, suggesting a systemic problem with the HVAC system in that section. I trust management will address this matter promptly to ensure compliance with guest comfort standards and implied warranty of habitability. Sales Staff Conduct However, my experience with the timeshare sales staff was disappointing.
