"Overall Good experience, especially with Igor the waiter at the Lobby Bar. Outstanding server with exceptional customer relationship skills. The one disappointment was that out A/C did not work in our room and it was uncomfortably hot on an unusual warm December Day in Dallas."

"What I didn’t like about the property is that I found 3 small live roaches on the bathroom floor. Also, the shower was not draining properly and began to stop up the drain. "

"I Have stayed at this hotel 3 times now and would stay again any day. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating and they had a gym which is also a must for the hotels I choose. This stay was a breath of fresh air from the last property (Kasa Greenville in Dallas) which I recommend no one ever staying there. "

"I love the proximity to the airport and the cleanliness/feel to the hotel. Very nice. A bit noisy due to it’s proximity to the main highway, but still a great place."
