I understand being busy and trying to resolve other issues, but an “I’m so sorry for the interruption” goes a long way. Bar areas were great! I always appreciate one of those wonderful cookies also! "The amenities were good. There was a shuttle to take you to the nearby train station, which is convenient to get to and from the airport. The bed was very comfortable and I woke up feeling refreshed. The bathroom was spacious. Good shower pressure. The toilet seat is uncomfortable. I did use the coffeemaker to make tea. I don't know who designed it or maybe I used it wrong, but the steam coming out of the cup would condense on a lip just under where the water drops out, then spills onto the tray. I probably would stay here again, but if I'm spending more time downtown, I would stay a bit closer. "
