Beach Resorts in Nishina

"We used the hotel for one night as a break between sightseeing Tokyo and Kyoto. I have a food allergy (wheat allergy+gluten intolerance) and it was no problem to get a nice breakfast. (Staff informed during the checkin day before) A list was handed out to me to compare with all provided foods during the brekfast. The list was marked in green (ok to eat) and red (not ok to eat). In addition to that i got assistance during the brekfast what is ok to choose from. Excellent. Great Hotel, very friendly staff, superior service. Free Transfer shuttle from Hotel to next station. Wonderful location. Beach is very close. The pool size is absolutely ok. There is a onsen but we didn't use it. Room was wonderful. Beds also. Nothing to complain. "We got a suite with a private jacuzzi on the balcony - the view was great, but the place is falling apart a bit. The tub was leaking in places and had a slime-y residue inside, and multiple floorboard soft the balcony were rotted through and gave way underfoot. The photos here aren't quite reflective of the property's current state. Even in the public onsen, the windows are covered with salt on the outside, obscuring the view. Beautiful place and the food they serve was good, but some updates are much needed and we felt a bit gipped. "
